You'll hear lots of stuff about climate change. It's in the newspapers, the TV and you've probably talked about it at school too. Some of the things people say about climate change are just plain wrong. Its important that you know the facts, so this section aims to explain climate change in simple terms. Cutting through some of the complicated and confusing science to let you know what climate change is, what it means for Medway and what might happen if we don’t work together to tackle the problem.
